  The staff was pleasant and helpful. Ihad asked for a 'fridge for my Insulin and they said they didn't have one at checkin but would the next day---but I never got one.

  The food was unfortunately terrible. I had both diner and breafast during my stay and both meals were very dissapointing despite the service being good.

  It was a nice room and the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. The waitress I had was sensitive and friendly as well as helpful.

  It was a little cold in my room and the set up meant there was a lot of walking to get to my room.

  Staff were excellent. We went there for a conference. It was very convenient to have all the activities right at the hotel. We could leave our things in the room and just go to the events, and back to our room in between events.

  We booked through Booked.net 2 weeks before our stay, but you did not have us listed. The first receptionist (Sanjeep??) had us telephone the reservations desk, which we did from a house phone, I had to leave a message at the reservation desk. Sanjeep(?) left through the front door of the lobby soon afterwards, and we approached Justin. He booked us a room immediately and told us to telephone Booked.net to cancel our reservation to be sure that we were not double billed. We telephoned Booked.net to cancel, but were told that "this is not the way it works!.... We faxed Delta Meadowvale twice with your reservation! Please let me telephone the hote to clear this up! Shortly afterwards Justin signaled us from the reception counter that Booked.net was on the line with him. This whole episode should not have happened-we spent about 20 minutes sorting it out. I am not sure why Sanjeep or Justin did not call Booked.net (we had the printout of the reservation.) and clear it up for us while we went up to our rooms. Thank you for your request for feedback
